Moro Nutritional Coaching: Eat, Drink & Be Uncommon

The pyramid below says it all. Nutrition is the foundation of everything we do. Whether you are training to lose weight (body fat), gain muscle, or you would like to increase your overall performance, nutrition is vital. In short, you cannot out train a bad diet.

We promote a balanced diet without any magic pills, shakes, wraps, or supplements. There is no quick fix for improved body composition or performance. While there is a time and place for protein supplementation, you should not have to rely on a shake system.

Our program is not meant to be short term. We will help you create behavioral change and habits that will last a lifetime. All of our coaching is done one-on-one, because all of us are different and need individualized plans to see results.

How do we do this?

  • We sit down for a thorough health and nutrition consultation to learn our starting point.
  • We educate you on proportions of your macronutrients and portion sizes based on your body type, goals, and activity level.
  • We offer ongoing coaching to create accountability, which helps our clients continue to progress and see success!

Notice how we continue to use the word ‘we?’ This isn’t by coincidence. Changing nutrition habits can be a very difficult process if you are going through it alone. You will work closely along our coach, Lisa, who will make adjustments as necessary to ensure you stay on track.

Lisa leverages the scientifically-proven Precision Nutrition program, as well as her own methodology, which has stemmed from years of collegiate exercise science education and five years of working with clients. She believes healthy eating does not have to be boring! We hear from clients all of the time, “I didn’t know healthy food could taste so good!”

Consultation Only – $70

60-minute meeting where you will learn about proper nutrition and current eating and lifestyle habits will be discussed. You will leave with an eating guide template.

There is no pressure to upgrade!

Consultation & Personalized Plan – $199

You will receive everything included in from the Bronze Level, as well as a personalized eating plan. The plan will be based off of measurements taken, as well as preferences and tastes.

In addition to the plan, you will receive a week of meal planning, meal prep tips, recipes and grocery lists.

A weigh-in and circumference measurements are also included with the Silver Level. If you do not want to know your numbers, we can keep these hidden in your file, but it is always a good idea to take starting measurements to track progress! In order for you to receive a follow-up measurement, you will have to enroll in continued coaching.

*Before the Silver Level meeting, you will have to receive the lifestyle forms from Lisa, fill them out and return them so she can do an in-depth evaluation prior to the meeting.

Consultation, Personalized Plan & Follow-Ups – $399

You will receive everything from the Silver Level, plus 5 30-minute follow-up appointments. These appointments will occur weekly by appointment.

Get help sticking to your plan and make small adjustments to make sure your plan is working for YOU! Best option for people that need accountability.

A weigh-in and circumference measurements are also included with the Gold Level. If you do not want to know your numbers, we can keep these hidden in your file, but it is always a good idea to take starting measurements to track progress! You will receive a follow-up measurement during the last follow-up appointment. In order to have addition follow-up measurements, you must enroll in continued coaching.

*As with the Silver Level meeting, you will have to receive the lifestyle forms from Lisa prior to the first Gold Level meeting, fill them out and return them so she can do an in-depth evaluation prior to the meeting.

$25/Month

Move into your maintenance phase and continue to be held accountable with monthly visits with Lisa. These will be 20-minute appointments where we can weigh you, redo your circumference measurements and discuss how well or not you’ve been able to follow your plan.

Essentially, we can take these 20 minutes per month to discuss anything you would like related to a healthy lifestyle.

*Continued Coaching cannot be purchased unless a Silver or Gold Level package has already been purchased and completed.

*There is a minimum 3-month commitment to Continued Coaching. After 3-months, if you feel you have a solid grasp on your nutrition and health, you may cancel at anytime.
