Little Ropers Classes

Kids can benefit from fitness, too! Youth classes are a great way to teach healthy habits at an early age. Our Little Ropers program is designed specifically for kids aged 6 to 11 years old.

Classes are 60 minutes in length and include challenges and games that will keep everyone engaged. We focus on proper movement technique and improvement of overall motor function. Your children will learn basic bodyweight exercises, play fitness games, improve their agility, balance and coordination all while having fun with other kids in class.

The sessions are led by Danni, who has years of experience working with kids of all different ages and ability levels. Each session is programmed to be different than previous classes.

Little Ropers is offered as a 6-week session that meets once per week on Saturdays and is priced at $90 ($15 per class) per child. The next session starts on Saturday, February 25th.

You do not have to be a member of our gym for your child to participate. Cost is the same for all children regardless of membership.
